Acqua Models is a freelance international model agency located in Tokyo’s Minami-Aoyama area. Our experienced staff provide total management service to our wide range of clients. Our models include kids, teens, adults and seniors, as well as character models, and more. We manage them for appearances in various media including magazines, TV shows, commercials, events, movies and narration work.
We coordinate service of cameramen, photographers, stylists, hair/makeup artists and production services. For international clients, we provide translation services and fully English service by a native English speakers. We help our international clients with all aspects of their projects.
We send our models not just Tokyo but distant locations, such as Osaka, Nagoya, Sendai, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku island.
Acqua Models' Noemie, a French half-Japanese model, appeared in the Ichi Antiques edition of the Kinfolk Book in Book Magazine.
The photography and styling were done by the Cameraman Naoto Hayasaka and the Stylist Masahiro Hiramatsu, both of whom are currently managed by Wilhelmina Japan.
By coincidence, just as we were thinking to write up this article and picked up the magazine, we realized the cameraman, Naoto Hayasaka, who did the photography for this shoot was stopping by our office and talking on the phone with some clients in France.

On June 24th 2014 Tokyo Punkrock Bank "忘れらんねえよ" (I Can Never Forget) released their mini album あの娘のメルアド予想する (I'm Guessing that Girls E-mail Address). Acqua Models' Jacqui appears on the album cover as the blond girl being rescued from the flames emerging from behind the band in a bold act of heroism by the band leader. This was a fun shoot for all.
Lancome celebrated their 80th year anniversary at the gorgeous Joel Robuchon location in Ebisu, Tokyo. Acqua Models' Ivan was there to take pictures with the stars, talents, other models, and VIPs at the photo booth.

Several models from Acqua Models Agency took part as extras in this ABC MART easy tone shoes TV commercial. The scene is walking about the town in Tokyo.
Federico has been doing still shootings for Acqua Models with United Arrows for their website lookbook. He looks very stylish in these BEAUTY&YOUTH MENS clothing. He seems to be popular as they keep asking him back for more shootings.
Several models from Acqua Models took part in the Wanna Meshi Concept Movie. The theme was my first temaku sushi party.
Temaki sushi is hand rolled sushi so everyone had a great time learning about Japanese culture and enjoying the delicious food. The shooting took place at a beautiful traditional Japanese home and they enjoyed the food outside on the deck facing a Japanese garden.
“Washoku” traditional Japanese cuisine was added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list. This will help to promote Japanese tourism and exports of agricultural products and also get people excited about coming to Japan for the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Acqua Models' Dean and Wilhelmina Japan's Julianne took part in the 2015 Spring and Summer golf wear image shooting for the English golf brand Admiral. The Admiral Golf 2015 Spring Summer collection draws on traditional design while incorporating sporty and casual elements. We are particularly proud of Dean's participation in this shooting as he took time out from his busy schedule at the time, running in a marathon to support people in the Tohoku region. Nice work Dean!
